My new ‘mid’ high nostrils! 🫶🏼 Originally I wanted super high nostrils, but my anatomy said no. This is as high as we can go so for me because of my anatomy, my nose is very narrow and my cartilage comes down quite far. All piercings are anatomy dependent, and piercers bodies are no exception. Our glorious autumnal collection 🍂 🍁 yes, I know it’s a million degrees outside, but the nights are drawing in, the wasps are everywhere and the leaves soon will be reluctantly turning into a flurry of golden, orange and brown. My week has been full to the brim with beaming faces. A absolutely love my kiddo appointments, they really are the highlight of my day 🥰 We do however have strict rules when it comes to these appointments, to protect our kids, especially making sure that they have permission from their parents/guardians and they are totally aware of what’s going to happen in the appointment so that there are no surprises and most importantly, they actually want their ears pierced! We need photo ID from the parent/guardian AND child please. Passports are best. And supporting paperwork if your last names are different. Each appointment is an hour to ensure we have plenty of time, and everyone is comfortable and happy. Time for an upgrade. My lovely lovely blue bed, which I accidentally “stole’ from @rinthlandtattoo 🫣. She was originally an NHS bed, then lived for many years at @lifetime_tattoo_uk . It’s all about conch piercings, it also explains a little as to why piercing guns should be avoided at all costs and what to expect after you’ve had a piercing. It’s a good read especially if you’re thinking about having a cartilage piercing and are a bit nervous (which is perfectly normal 🖤). There is also another article about tragus piercings which goes into more detail regarding aftercare and why some people’s anatomy are not suited for this piercing.
